Before 2000 when Sumo Sushi & Bento opened, finding good-quality Japanese food and sushi was difficult. The few sushi restaurants that did exist were all too formal and very expensive. Sumo Sushi & Bento changed all that, serving up a mix of bento boxes, noodle dishes, traditional sushi, and fusion items. Our team even devised a children's menu, including things like kids' shrimp tempura and chicken teriyaki, to round out Sumo Sushi's universal appeal.

Some satisfying signature menu selections include over 15 rolls filled with Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Salmon as just two of many delicious options; also featured are Salmon and Ahi Sashimi.
